Cat Gilmour grew up in Ipswich, MA, in a house where guests were fed before they finished saying hello. That habit stuck. Years later, one board for friends turned into another, then another, until weekends filled up and a home kitchen wasn’t enough anymore.
Today, CG Boards & Co. builds charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and dessert spreads for events across Southern NH and the Merrimack Valley — from backyard parties and showers to weddings and office gatherings. Some setups happen on farmhouse tables, some on folding tables, and some in spaces that require a little creativity.
The approach is simple: food people actually want to eat, layouts that fit the space you have, and clear communication so you’re not guessing or stressing.
