What areas do you serve?

We generally deliver within about 30 miles of Londonderry, NH, throughout southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, including much of the Merrimack Valley. If you’re unsure whether your event location is included, reach out with your address and event details, and we’ll let you know.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekend events and holidays, we recommend reaching out as early as possible—4–8 weeks in advance is ideal. That said, if your date is coming up quickly, send an inquiry anyway. If we have availability, we’ll do our best to make it work.

Do you offer vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary options?

Yes. We’re happy to incorporate vegetarian options and can accommodate many dietary preferences with advance notice. Let us know about any allergies or restrictions when you inquire so we can safely plan your board or table.

How do you price your boards and grazing tables?

We keep it simple. Pricing is based on how many people you’re feeding, what you’d like us to include, and how you want the setup to be styled.

Smaller orders (like individual boards or boxes) are usually priced by board size. For grazing tables and bigger displays, we usually price things based on how many people you’re feeding, since there’s more styling, setup, and decor involved.

Do you set everything up at the event?

For anything beyond a simple drop-off board, yes.

Grazing tables, dessert carts, and roaming cannoli all include on-site setup. We’ll arrive before your guests, lay everything out, style the table or cart, and make sure it’s photo-ready before we sneak out of the way.

For smaller charcuterie boards and boxes, you can either pick up or we can deliver ready-to-serve. We’ll let you know what’s included with each option when you book.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. To officially save your date on our calendar, we ask for a signed agreement and a deposit. The remaining balance is due closer to your event.

We’ll spell out deposit amounts, due dates, and payment options in your proposal so there are no surprises.

How long can boards and tables stay out?

It depends a bit on the space and the weather, but as a general rule, anything with meat and cheese is best enjoyed within about two hours of setup.

We’ll help you plan timing so your guests see everything at its best—usually right as they arrive or when you’re ready to kick off grazing. When we confirm your booking, we’ll talk through your timeline and give you simple guidelines for keeping everything safe and fresh.
