Charcuterie Workshops & Classes

These workshops are hands-on, social, and low-pressure. You’ll build a full charcuterie board, snack while you work, and leave with something you actually made. Some people join one of our scheduled classes, others book a private workshop for their group — both follow the same relaxed format, just in different settings.

Two Ways to Join a Workshop

Scheduled Workshops (Open to the Public)

We host prescheduled workshops throughout the year at local venues in the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH. These are open sign-up classes where individuals or small groups can grab a spot without organizing a full event.

Scheduled workshops work well if you:

  • Want a night out with friends
  • Are looking for a casual date-night idea
  • Don’t want to coordinate space or logistics
  • Prefer a set time and place

Each session has a capped group size so everyone has room to work and ask questions.

Private Workshops (Your Group, Your Space)

Private workshops are booked just for your group and can be hosted at your office, home, or a rented space. These are popular for team-building, birthdays, client events, and small celebrations.

Private workshops are a good fit if you:

  • Have a specific date or group size
  • Want the workshop tailored to your group
  • Need flexibility around timing or location
  • Are hosting a larger group

Most private workshops land in the 8–25 person range, depending on space and layout.

What the Workshop Is Like

Everyone builds their own board from start to finish. We walk through layout, portioning, and how to make a board look full without overbuying. There’s guidance throughout, but it never feels stiff or overly instructional.

People snack as they go, ask questions, and compare boards at the end. No experience is needed — the pace stays comfortable, and help is there when someone gets stuck or second-guesses themselves.

What Works Well / What to Expect

  • Table space matters more than seating. Each person needs room to work.
  • Snacking is part of the process. Portions account for eating while building.
  • Groups move at different speeds. We adjust pacing so no one feels rushed.
  • Standing feels more social. Seated setups feel more focused and quieter.
  • Cleanup stays minimal. Boards get wrapped up, and we handle shared tools.

How It Works

1. Choose scheduled or private

If you’re joining a scheduled class, you just pick a date and sign up. For private workshops, we’ll need your group size, where you’re hosting, and what timing you’re aiming for.

2. We sort out the details

For private bookings, we’ll talk through table space, layout, and any food preferences ahead of time. Scheduled workshops are already set up — you just show up and build.

3. Workshop time

Most workshops run about 90 minutes. We walk everyone through the process, answer questions as they come up, and keep things moving without it feeling rushed.

4. Wrap-up and take-home

At the end, boards get wrapped up to take home. We handle shared tools and cleanup and leave the space in good shape.

Service Area

Workshops are usually held within about a 30-mile radius of Londonderry, covering much of the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH. We often host or travel to towns like Windham, Salem, Pelham, Andover, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill, as well as Derry, Hudson, and Londonderry. Locations such as Lowell, Dracut, Tewksbury, and Lawrence come up depending on venue and group size. If you’re nearby but don’t see your town listed, it’s still worth checking.
